Building on the translation support, this is a quick pass to update a set of the help pages and add a better framework for the about-yourreps page.
about-yourreps is now postcode responsive, and will show some sections and not others based on where you are (with linking between the two improved).
The content for each type is stored as a markdown file, which is then loaded and displayed.
We'll want to tweak the wording a bit more, but this gives us something to react to and improve.
